Heating, Ventilation & Cooling

We install heating, heat-recovery ventilation and air-conditioning systems in private homes and commercial premises, and help you choose equipment that suits the building.

Heating distribution assembly with circulation pumps, pressure gauges and insulated pipework

Comfort planned together with the building

Heating, ventilation and cooling systems determine how comfortable a home or workplace feels all year round. We install these systems in private homes and commercial premises – from selecting the equipment to installing the pipework, assemblies and units.

We have been working on building services in homes for more than six years. We work with equipment from a range of manufacturers and select it to suit the building’s requirements and your budget.

Systems we install

Heat pumps

We install and service heat pumps with an output of up to 16 kW, and help you assess which unit suits your building.

Heating pipework and assemblies

We route the heating pipework and assemble boiler-room and distribution assemblies. Underfloor heating pipes are laid together with the plumbing work.

Heat-recovery ventilation

We install heat-recovery ventilation systems, fitting the heat-recovery unit and the ductwork.

Air conditioning

We install air-conditioning systems to cool residential and commercial premises.

Fan coil units

We install fan coil systems that heat or cool rooms using water from the heating or cooling system.

Equipment selection

We help you choose the manufacturer and equipment based on the building’s needs, the use of the rooms and your budget.

Scope of work

  • Heat pumps – installation and servicing up to 16 kW
  • Private homes and commercial premises
  • Equipment from a range of manufacturers

What we consider when choosing a solution

  • Heat demand. How much heat a building needs depends on its floor area, insulation and windows, so the equipment output is sized for the specific building.
  • Heat emission in the rooms. Underfloor heating or fan coils – this choice shapes the design of the whole system.
  • Ventilation. In an airtight house, good air quality is hard to achieve without mechanical ventilation, so heat recovery is worth planning together with the heating.
  • Space for equipment. The outdoor and indoor units and the heat-recovery unit need space and easy access for servicing.
  • Budget. We suggest manufacturers and equipment that fit your budget.

How we work

  1. Your needs Send us the house design or floor plan and tell us what kind of system you need.
  2. Solution and estimate We propose the equipment and the system design and prepare a preliminary estimate – often with several options.
  3. Installation We route the pipework and ductwork, install the units and assemble the systems according to the agreed schedule.
  4. Servicing We also service heat pumps of up to 16 kW.

Heating and ventilation equipment also needs electricity: we plan the power and control circuits together with the electrical work. Let’s discuss the systems for your building.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What output heat pumps do you install?

We install and service heat pumps with an output of up to 16 kW. The unit is selected for the specific building.

How is the heating unit selected?

We take into account the building’s heat demand, which depends on its floor area, insulation and windows; how the heat will be emitted in the rooms – through underfloor heating or fan coils; and your budget. We work with equipment from a range of manufacturers.

Do you install heat-recovery ventilation systems?

Yes, we install heat-recovery units and ductwork. Heat recovery is worth planning together with the heating, because in an airtight house good air quality is hard to achieve without mechanical ventilation.

What needs to be planned before the equipment is installed?

Space for the outdoor and indoor units and the heat-recovery unit with easy access for servicing, routes for the pipework and ductwork, and the power supply. Pipework and ductwork are easiest to install before the finishing work.

Do you install air conditioners and fan coil units?

Yes. We install air-conditioning and fan coil systems for residential and commercial premises, and choose the manufacturer to suit the building’s requirements and your budget.

Do you service the equipment you install?

We not only install but also service heat pumps with an output of up to 16 kW.
