01 / About IMAX LAB
From construction work to fully finished spaces.
IMAX LAB is a construction and engineering team that has been working since 2011. We build private and modular homes, fit out commercial premises and carry out a wide range of work on building engineering systems.
Our team brings together specialists from different trades, so we can take care of an entire project or of individual stages of the work. For every project we look for a practical solution that fits your needs, budget and scope of work.

Comfort starts where you can’t see it.
You feel warmth, fresh air, water and light every day. The pipes, cables and ducts behind them, you never notice. That is why they need to be planned in advance and installed with care.

03 / Why coordinate the work
When the work is coordinated, the house works as a whole.
Construction, plumbing, electrics, heating, cooling, ventilation and finishing need to be planned together. When decisions are aligned early, the work runs more smoothly and the result is more reliable.
The right sequence
Pipes, cables and other services are installed exactly when they are needed – not too early and not too late.
Systems that work together
Heating, ventilation and other engineering systems are planned as one integrated whole, not separately.
Clearer communication
It is easier to see what is happening on site and to coordinate the different trades and the next stages.
Less rework
When decisions are thought through in advance, there is less risk of having to fix, adjust or redo work that has already been done.
