From the first works on site to a finished home
We build private homes in full – from site preparation and foundations to interior fit-out. We can deliver the whole project as a single contractor, or join only for the stages you need: for example, building the structural shell, installing the engineering systems or plastering the walls.
We have been working in construction since 2011. The IMAX LAB team consists of 12 specialists in construction, plastering, electrical work, utilities, ventilation, and heating and cooling. For landscaping, finishing, furniture making, interior design, architectural design and completion certification, we work with long-standing, trusted partners.
What we do
Site preparation and foundations
Earthworks, foundation construction and damp-proofing of the foundations.
Walls, floor slabs and roof
Masonry, floor slab installation and roofing, so the house is weathertight and ready for interior work.
Engineering systems
Installed by our own specialists: water supply and drainage, electrical installation, heating, ventilation and cooling.
Interior work and finishing
Machine plastering of walls and ceilings, installation of sanitary fittings, and interior finishing together with our finishing and furniture-making partners.
Commercial premises
Construction and fit-out of commercial premises: from internal walls and engineering systems to spaces ready for use.
Design and completion
Where needed, we work with partners to help prepare the building design and arrange completion certification.
The whole house or individual stages
When one contractor carries out the construction, the sequence of work is easier to coordinate: electrical and plumbing routes are planned before plastering, and space for heating and ventilation equipment is allowed for together with the room layout. Not every project needs every service, though. If other contractors have already completed part of the work, we start from the stage you need.

How we work
- Enquiry Call or write to us. Send your design or photos, or simply tell us what you are planning.
- Preliminary estimate Based on the information available, we prepare a preliminary estimate – usually with several options.
- Schedules We agree on work and payment schedules, so it is clear what is done and when.
- Construction and reporting All work is documented. On larger projects you receive a progress report every two weeks.
We advise on property matters both before work starts and after it is completed. We provide a warranty on completed work in accordance with the legislation governing construction works. Describe your project in the enquiry form.
